Our Annual Reports
In keeping with our commitment to honesty and transparency, the Sadie Collective publishes annual reports. These reports provide insight into our activities during the financial years to which they pertain, revenues, expenditures, and insights for the year ahead. The annual report would include information about our funding avenues, sponsors for that year, and what goes into planning our annual conference. Reports are published after every fiscal year. Our Strategic Plan (July 2025 - June 2027)
In 2023, The Sadie Collective celebrated reaching 5 years as an organization. In Fall of 2024, The Sadie Collective, along with our stakeholders, formalized a strategic plan to help envision the short term and long term goals of the organization.
The Sadie Collective strategic plan defines four pillars that we at The Sadie Collective will dedicate ourselves to over the next two fiscal years (FY2026-FY2027). Each pillar has an associated group of measurable objectives and results. We arrived at these pillars through extensive input from staff, board members, advisory council members, current and past Sadie Collective program participants, partners, and other Sadie Collective stakeholders.
