Why Partner With Us

Our dynamic partnerships are anchored in our shared commitment to dismantling barriers and creating equitable pathways for success, guided by our core values of belonging, empowerment, collaboration, community, and scholarship.

In every action we take, we strive to foster an inclusive environment that respects and values diversity, encourages self-confidence and agency, and nurtures a community spirit. We pledge to work together, leveraging our collective expertise to close the diversity gap and ensure that Black women not only participate but thrive in these fields.

Make An Impact With Us

The Sadie Collective is the first and only non-profit organization in the U.S. that addresses the pipeline and pathway problem for Black women in economics, finance, data science, and policy. By partnering with us, you join a groundbreaking movement to create more access and empower underrepresented women to join these fields.

With the support of our partners, The Sadie Collective brings together hundreds of students and professionals every year through high-quality conferences, mentorship programs, and other professional development opportunities. We connect emerging talent and established industry leaders with opportunities—many in The Sadie Collective have found roles with our partner organizations.

Our partners benefit from unique access to a dynamic community and impactful initiatives each year, including the Sadie T.M. Alexander Conferencethe Sadie Summit, and the Exploring Career Pathways event for Black high school and college students. As your partners, The Sadie Collective will enable your organization to drive meaningful and measurable change for aspiring scholars from traditionally under-represented backgrounds.
